Grace Coyle (1825 - 27/07/1910) was probably from the townland of Moylagh near Milford/Rathmelton, Co. Donegal. She married Manus (otherwise Mandy - Manasses on headstone) Dennison (1829 - 20/10/1887).
In the 1901 Census Grace was living with her brother Edward Coyle in the townland of Moylagh, Ballyarr, Milford, Co. Donegal (on eastern side of Lough Fern, in the parish of Tullyfern). Edward was a 65 year-old unmarried farmer; Grace was 67, a House-keeper and a Widow. They had 3 unrelated servants: Ellen McGinley (Domestic Servant), Mandy Murray and Patrick McDaid - both Agricultural Labourers. The date of the census was April 3rd, 1901.
Edward owned another house in the townland which was occupied by Hannah Boyce.
Note that age from census does not tally with her Death Cert (84 years old on 27/07/1910 give DOB c. 1826; 67 in Census Apr 1901 give DOB c. 1834). Check headstone in Old Umagh graveyard - but info for this would probably have come from same source(s) as Death Cert. Leslie Lucas has 1825.
Relatives of the Dennisons on the Coyle side included Maggie Coyle (1909 - 1992) and Johnny Coyle (1901 - 1984) who lived in Upper Cottian, Kilmacrennan. On Johnny's death (08/08/1984), Maggie moved to Milford and died there on 19th April, 1992. There was also a family of Coyles in Lower Cottian (according to Graveyard and Census information).
The Dennisons are related to another Coyle family - the Coyles of Magheramagourgan - through the marriage of Winifred (Winnie) Dennison (1889-1967) and John Coyle (1893-1974).
